Mal-uk Intensive Driving Course Policy
Welcome to Mal-uk. This Learner Driver Agreement explains the terms and conditions governing your use of the Mal-uk Intensive driving school Service. By taking our intensive driving course learn to drive service, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the sMal-uk Service is subject to certain limitations set forth below. If you do not wish to accept this agreement, do not proceed with our services. By accepting this agreement and purchasing a course of driving lessons, you agree to use the Mal-uk driving school Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Proprietary Rights do not affect your statuatory rights.
By purchasing a course of driving lessons you agree:
1. To be in a healthy state of mind free from alcohol or drugs every day the course takes place.
2. To have informed Mal-uk and your personal driving instructor whether you suffer from or have in the past suffered from any medical condition which could affect the safety of both yourself and instructor. Such as - ME or Epilepsy or heart condition
3. Once a driving course has been booked to pay the deposit as appropriate according to the pricing structure at that time as shown on the up to date web page. You also agree to pay the said deposit within 4 days of your booking being accepted.
4. You understand that the deposit is none refundable when the course date is 4 weeks from commencing.
5. The balance of your course should be paid no later than 5 days before your course is due to start.
6. The full course fee is none refundable should you cancel whilst on the course. However in certain circumstances some other arrangement may be made by mutual agreement.
By purchasing a course of driving lessons Mal-uk agees the following:
1. To provide you with expert tuition to the highest standard.
2. To be as punctual as is practicable with consideration to traffic and car reliability.
3. To agree with you any rest periods you may need during your lessons.
4. To complete your course on time unless outside influences prevail i.e adverse weather or car reliability.
5. To provide a driving school car for the purpose of the driving test providing you are at the required standard for test purposes. Should you not be at a suitable standard for your test, then a two hour practice lesson can be taken instead, or the use of the car could be deferred until such time as you are ready. Your driving test fee will NOT be paid by Mal-uk and you will have to re-book.
6. To keep you informed about new developments in the driving test.
