What is quantum learning focus?

Quantum learning focus is a learning technique that helps to keep you focused whilst all around you there seems to be chaos.
When you are learning to drive on your first driving lesson, there will be many things that can distract you. Anything from your own feeling of being uncomfortable sitting in the driving seat, to watching other road users who you do not trust. Of course not forgetting that strange new person sitting next to you, your driving instructor. 'Will your instuctor shout?' 'Will your instructor be angry?' Not so, all of those drivers rushing around you whilst you are learning are focusing on themselves, so that they can drive around safely.
